About this role
The Paralegal/Contract Administrator will report to the General Counsel as the second member of a small Legal team, helping to operationalize legal processes as the company grows. This role will support implementation and management of a contract management system, corporate governance and licensing, and provide paralegal and project management support across the business. The position requires adaptability, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration with compliance, finance, and other teams.
