Paralegal, Real Estate

Reef Capital is seeking a Paralegal to support its legal function across the firm, assisting with real estate transactions, managing contracts, overseeing intellectual property matters, and maintaining legal documents. The role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with in-house attorneys, project managers, outside counsel, and title companies to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research tools and contract management software.
