Community Legal Aid
The paralegal will support the Family Law unit by interviewing clients, drafting court pleadings and other documents, and assisting attorneys in preparing clients for hearings. The role also includes translation assistance, grant report preparation, and occasional travel to Springfield to work with the western Massachusetts family law team.
CLA is the free civil legal aid provider for the five counties of Central and Western Mass. (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester).
