Paralegal

The successful candidate will support the capital markets team on pure Hong Kong IPO transactions, including drafting and reviewing prospectuses and listing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with due diligence exercises. This role involves coordinating with sponsor teams and other transaction parties while preparing filing materials for the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The position reports directly to capital markets partners and supports senior associates and partners on transaction execution.
