The role operates under the medical director and transport management within Marshfield Clinic Health System and supports integrated delivery systems. This is a regular, 36-hours-per-week position with variable shifts.

- Critical Care Paramedic Certification
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
