A Medical Support Specialist at BioLife Plasma Services determines donor eligibility, manages adverse events, and reviews laboratory test results to ensure the collection of high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines. Responsibilities

Determine donor eligibility through medical history interviews and physical examinations
Manage donor adverse events and transport to emergency care facilities
Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable findings
Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees
Coordinate pandemic threats and support associated investigations
