Paraprofessional, Behavior Support

This position provides direct support to students experiencing behavioral and/or social-emotional challenges to promote their full participation in the school environment. The role involves implementing individual behavior plans, reinforcing pro-social behaviors, supporting de-escalation, and ensuring safe supervision across various school settings. The paraprofessional collaborates with educators and specialists to support consistent behavior interventions and collects data to track student progress.
