Paraprofessional, Instructional

The Paraprofessional, Instructional assists teachers in promoting student learning and well-being by reinforcing instruction, monitoring performance, and supporting learning in individual and small group settings. This role involves providing instructional and classroom management support, implementing behavior intervention plans, and assisting with academic and non-academic activities. The position also includes maintaining confidentiality, preparing instructional materials, and supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
