Paraprofessional - PBIS/ISS - Elementary School

The ISS Paraprofessional provides individually oriented instruction and guidance to students in the in-school suspension program, assisting the principal in implementing the school's Positive Behavior Intervention Support plan. The role involves facilitating activities to help students accept responsibility for their behavior, develop self-management skills, and complete daily classroom assignments. The paraprofessional also maintains discipline, coordinates with student support staff, and keeps current records of students' academic and behavioral progress.
