Paraprofessional

Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, the paraprofessional assists professional staff with classroom instruction and non‑instructional duties, supporting students individually and in small groups. The role includes helping with instructional reinforcement, record‑keeping, behavioral management, and providing assistance to students with special needs.
