Paraprofessional

The Paraprofessional supports the A.I.M Program, a specialized classroom for students on the autism spectrum, by assisting with instruction and maintaining a safe learning environment. This role involves collaborating with clinical specialists and teachers to implement Applied Behavior Analysis strategies and support student independence. The position requires active engagement in classroom management, data collection, and fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
