Paraprofessional

This role supports young adults aged 18-21 with a wide range of disabilities by assisting in the planning and implementation of educational, vocational, and recreational programs. The position involves promoting positive behavior, social skills, and functional daily living skills while working in various community-based settings. Staff collaborate closely with a team to foster individual independence and growth aligned with each student's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
