Paraprofessional

The Paraprofessional ensures the health, safety, and well-being of students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disabilities, developmental delays, or intellectual disabilities by actively supporting their individualized education plans. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, communication systems, and crisis prevention techniques while maintaining active supervision across all settings. The position requires collaboration with the student's team, families, and staff to support student independence and achievement.
