Paraprofessional

Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, this role assists professional staff with students in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives. The position involves guiding students to reinforce core academic skills, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students with special needs to maximize inclusion and learning. The role also includes assisting with record-keeping, parent contact, and non-instructional supervision duties.
