Paraprofessional

The Paraprofessional provides one-on-one behavior treatment for children diagnosed with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role involves implementing individual lessons and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a behavior consultant while monitoring client progress through accurate data collection.
