Paraprofessional

This role involves providing emergency response to adults experiencing moderate to acute psychiatric crises within a therapeutic setting. The position requires assisting nursing staff by co-leading and monitoring the unit to ensure safety, implementing interventions to prevent behavioral escalation, and providing technical support to mental health workers. The incumbent may also manage a small case management workload for high-risk clients and serve as a team leader in the absence of a nurse.
