Paraprofessional

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Paraprofessional to support students as a Virtual Speech Therapy E-Helper in Port Orchard, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, in-person role involves assisting students with technology setup and engagement during virtual speech therapy sessions conducted by a remote Speech-Language Pathologist. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from the supervising SLP and school staff.
