Parent & Child Class Instructor

The Parent & Child Class Instructor supports the YMCA's mission by creating positive, nurturing relationships with children and building cooperative relationships with parents, staff, and partners. This role promotes youth development through purposeful programming, facilitates peer-to-peer connections, and teaches curriculum focused on mastering specific skills. The instructor ensures a safe, inclusive environment while maintaining effective communication with families and adhering to YMCA policies and safety standards.
