Parent Educator

The Parent Educator develops and maintains supportive, strength-based relationships with infants, toddlers, and their families to ensure optimal development and compliance with Early Head Start Program Performance Standards. This role involves managing a caseload, conducting weekly home visits, and serving as a case manager to connect families with critical resources. The position also includes providing financial and career coaching while advocating for families within the community and program.
