Parent Navigator

The Parent Navigator provides direct support and service coordination to families in Region 5 CSF, utilizing strength-based and culturally responsive principles to develop individualized mentoring and engagement. This role involves co-managing a shared caseload, conducting home and community visits, and linking families to formal and informal community supports. The position requires collaboration with DCF Social Workers and adherence to agency guidelines for documentation and confidentiality.
