Parent Partner / Case Manager

The Parent Partner / Case Manager provides support and training to parents of children involved in intensive behavioral health services, such as Wrap-Around and Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment. This role leverages personal parenting experience to guide families, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure family voice and choice throughout the treatment process. The position also involves case management, skills training, and connecting families with community resources and support networks.
