Parent Partner

The Parent Partner works with families, including birth parents and resource parents, to support reunification and develop alternative permanent plans for children in out-of-home care. This role involves providing education, advocacy, and emotional support to parents while collaborating with child welfare staff, courts, and foster care providers. The position requires maintaining regular contact with families and participating in case planning and team meetings to ensure timely services and family progress.
