Parent Partner

The Parent Partner works with families, including birth parents and resource parents, to support reunification and develop alternative permanent plans. This role involves providing education, advocacy, and emotional support to help families navigate the child welfare system and court proceedings. The position requires building rapport with families, collaborating with caseworkers and foster care providers, and attending meetings to ensure timely services and family progress.
