Parent Partner/Peer Specialist

The Parent Partner/Peer Specialist provides support and resources to parents and caregivers to promote successful home placement and achieve self-sufficiency. This role involves engaging with clients to facilitate meaningful conversations, respect their voice and choice, and empower them through coaching and support. The position focuses on maintaining children with emotional disturbances in the community at the lowest level of care possible.
