The Parental Leave Cover role in Merch is responsible for allocating the right products and quantities to channels to drive sales and maintain inventory health. The role works closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and the DC team to prioritize stock flow, manage templates, and support promotional activities. It also provides administrative support, shares insights across the Merch function, and conducts site visits to optimize inventory.
