Parents as Teachers (PAT) Educator

The Parent Educator delivers high-quality, evidence-based home visitation services to families with children from birth through age five using the Parents as Teachers model. This role focuses on enhancing parenting skills, promoting optimal child development, and strengthening family well-being through personal visits, developmental screenings, and resource connections. The position involves building trusting relationships with families, conducting assessments, and facilitating group meetings to support shared learning experiences.
