Parish Secretary/Receptionist

The Parish Secretary/Receptionist oversees the day-to-day operations of the parish office, providing administrative support to the Pastor and coordinating parish communications and facility scheduling. This role involves maintaining accurate records of all parish activities, assisting with sacramental preparation programs, and ensuring compliance with diocesan policies. The position requires close collaboration with the Pastor, staff, and volunteers to support the mission of St. Ferdinand and Good Shepherd.
