Parks Landscape & Building Maintenance Worker I

This entry-level position involves performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of city buildings, parks, open spaces, cemeteries, and recreation facilities. The role requires assisting journey-level employees with routine maintenance duties and eventually performing more complex tasks after successful training. Employees will work outdoors in all weather conditions, operating light mechanical equipment and performing heavy manual labor to ensure the upkeep of city properties.
