Parks Maintenance Superintendent

The Parks Maintenance Superintendent oversees the preventative and reactive maintenance of hardscapes across the City of Weston's Parks & Recreation system, including playgrounds, electrical, plumbing, and structures. This leadership role collaborates with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure parks remain safe, visually exceptional, and high-performing for residents and visitors. The position reports to the Director of Parks and Recreation and plays a key role in maintaining the City's high standards through contractor oversight, field inspections, and program management.
