The Resident Engagement (Activities) Assistant at Silverado Southlake supports a memory care community by contributing to person-centered recreational programming that promotes residents' dignity and quality of life. This role works closely with the Director of Resident Engagement in a collaborative, team-focused environment and requires empathy, reliability, and comfort working with individuals with dementia. The position is part-time and on-site with scheduled shifts Friday and Saturday.
