About this role
The part-time Mobility Assessment Evaluator (MAE) conducts in-person interviews and functional assessments to determine eligibility for ADA paratransit services. The MAE reviews application materials, professional verifications, and supplemental information, maintains accurate documentation, and provides final eligibility determinations to the Client. The role supports client reporting and participates in training, outreach, and quality/process improvement activities.
