Part-Time Addiction Physician

AppleGate Recovery is seeking a board‑certified Addiction Physician to provide outpatient opioid use disorder treatment on a part‑time basis in Lake Charles, LA. The role includes admitting patients, conducting histories and physicals, documenting in the EMR, managing methadone and buprenorphine prescriptions, and collaborating with the Medical Director and Treatment Center Director.
