Part-Time Advising Aide

The Part-Time Advising Aide provides essential support to the advising team within the College of Business by assisting students with academic planning, course selection, degree requirements, and holistic development opportunities. The role involves front-line support through in-person, email, and virtual advising sessions, as well as collaboration with academic advisors to facilitate student success workshops and information sessions. The position requires maintaining accurate records of student interactions and advising appointments on Navigate, and assisting with special projects as assigned by the Assistant Director or Director of GJSSC.
