About this role

The Assistant Manager at Cinemark supports the overall operation of the theatre by ensuring policies and operational standards are followed and providing cross-trained coverage across departments. This role supports the General Manager, trains and coaches team members, handles administrative duties, and helps maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards. Successful Assistant Managers can progress to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and required tenure.
