About this role
A Cinemark Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a movie theatre, ensuring policies, procedures, and operational standards are met. The role is cross-trained across departments to provide frontline leadership, train team members, and assist with administrative, facility, and guest-service responsibilities. Successful Assistant Managers may advance to Senior Assistant Manager or theatre management after completing the Management Accreditation Program and required tenure.
