About this role
The Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a Cinemark theatre by ensuring policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are met. The role is cross-trained across all theatre departments to support staff, provide training, and help deliver excellent guest experiences. Successful incumbents may progress to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and required tenure.
