About this role
The Assistant Manager at Cinemark supports the overall operation of the theatre by ensuring policies and operational standards are met and by being cross-trained across all departments. The role involves coaching and training team members, assisting the General Manager with administrative duties, maintaining facility and safety standards, and delivering excellent guest service. Successful Assistant Managers may progress to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and meeting tenure requirements.
