About this role
The Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a Cinemark theatre by ensuring policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed. The role is cross-trained across departments to support staff, provide training, and promote excellent guest service. It reports to and assists the General Manager and can progress to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.
