About this role
The Assistant Manager supports overall theatre operations at Cinemark by enforcing policies, maintaining operational standards, and providing cross-departmental support. The role includes training and coaching team members, assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks, and helping maintain facility safety and guest service standards. It is a development path position that can progress to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and requisite tenure.
