Part-Time Chaplain

Corporate Chaplains of America is seeking a mission-driven Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations. This part-time role involves building caring relationships with employees and families, offering emotional support, encouragement, prayer, and compassionate presence during challenging moments. The chaplain will respond to crises, maintain strong communication with workplace leaders, and demonstrate servant leadership in all interactions.
