A Part Time Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) at Montu will prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex conditions, working three days in-person at the London office and two days remotely. Key responsibilities include clinically checking prescriptions, providing expert guidance, maintaining accurate patient records, and delivering education on cannabinoid treatments while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and clinical pathways. The role requires a GPhC registered pharmacist with at least two years of prescribing experience and an understanding of cannabis-based medicines, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
