About this role
Ounce is a technology-enabled, community-based service model focused on empowering healthy and thriving communities by delivering services to residents in affordable housing. The Community Navigator serves as Ounce’s on-the-ground presence within Fort Pierce affordable housing communities, working directly with residents and local partners to improve access to care and supportive services. This role is scheduled for 16 hours per week.
