The part-time Concierge at BECU serves as the first point of contact for members, greeting them warmly and guiding them to the appropriate resources and services. The role involves managing member flow, scheduling appointments, maintaining a welcoming environment, and educating members on remote banking tools while working a rotating schedule of approximately 24 hours per week.
