Part Time Customer Experience Coordinator

This role involves overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and the promotion of loyalty programs. The associate leads by example in engaging with customers while maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Key duties include training and mentoring team members on front-end principles, managing registration and break coverage, and addressing customer concerns promptly.
