Junior Achievement of Southern California (JASoCAL) is a nonprofit that prepares young people across Southern California for economic success through hands-on education in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. It delivers age‑graded curriculum and experiential programs—classroom lessons, mentoring, and simulated business experiences—often led by volunteers from local businesses and community partners. JASoCAL works with schools, corporations, and community organizations to scale programming regionally and help students build practical money management, career skills, and entrepreneurial confidence.
