The Teller serves as the front-line face of Lake Michigan Credit Union, delivering exceptional member service while accurately processing a high volume of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. This role involves identifying member financial needs to promote credit union products, maintaining strict cash handling accuracy, and mitigating fraud risks to protect the organization and its customers. Report to the branch manager, tellers contribute to organizational growth through consultative conversations and strict adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
