The Part Time Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team to ensure strong store performance, a motivated team, and an exceptional customer environment. The role is shop-floor focused, inspiring and coaching sales associates while promoting the brand’s values and maintaining store standards. This position is part-time (20–29 hours weekly) and based at the Mall of America location.
