About this role
Provides professional military personnel support services for the U.S. Navy’s Identification Card Administration (ICA) program at DEERS/RAPIDS sites. Acts as an ID Card/Common Access Card (CAC) customer service specialist issuing DoD identification cards and performing DEERS enrollments and updates. Operates and maintains RAPIDS workstations and related equipment and may serve as a Site Security Manager.
