Part Time Job Coach

This role involves guiding individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to secure and maintain employment through pre-placement coaching and intensive job support. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, building resumes, facilitating job searches, and providing ongoing on-site follow-up across Northern New Jersey. Candidates will collaborate with employers to identify support needs and develop career plans aligned with individual service goals.
