About this role

The Junior Consumer Support Navigator is a webchat and call center specialist who provides inbound and outbound consumer support for life sciences clients, reporting to the Manager, Nurse Navigator Operations and Training. This part-time, remote role (17–25 hours/week) supports patient engagement and contributes to program objectives with potential to transition to full-time.
